ORDER POLICY
For customers within AustraliaNo minimum amount applies to your order. You can order as much or as little as you like. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars. Standard Australia Post Delivery rates applies to all orders and will be added to your order total at check out. Registered post will be applied to orders exceeding $50.
For customers outside Australia
We are happy to ship internationally. Please email your country and the amount of fabric you would like to purchase to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will forward you a shipping quote.
Where and how to order
Simply click on the categories from the menu on the left and start browsing. Click on ‘product details’ to learn more about the product. When you see an item you want to buy, click the "add to cart" button and it will be added to your shopping cart. Continue this process until you have finished. When you have finished shopping, click on "View Cart" situated at the top of the left panel of the website and it will show you what you have ordered. When you are happy, click "Checkout" and follow the prompts. You will be asked to complete some personal details including you name and address and you will be asked how you would like to pay for the order. Select the method of payment and follow the prompts.
If you feel uncomfortable ordering over the internet, we are happy to take orders via email or telephone.
Your payment options
You have three options to pay for your order:
• PayPal - you will receive a link to PayPal to pay your order. Most credit cards are accepted. Please note: you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. For more information on Paypal terms of use and security features please visit www.paypal.com.au or follow the links at checkout.
• Bank transfer - Australian customers only. Please email for banking details. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of bank transfer.
• Cheque/Money Order - Australian customers only. Cheques and money orders to be made payable to Kate Bahlen.

POSTAGE
Dispatch of your order
Your order will be dispatched by Australia Post regular mail satchel within 48 hours of your payment clearing.
Delivery
We endeavour to post your order within 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment. Orders are processed and dispatched during business hours only. Once you item is posted, delivery time will be dependant on Australia Post. Please be aware that during peak times, postage can take longer. If ordering for Christmas please allow at least 10 days from the time your order. Although we attempt to keep to your times frames, no responsibility can be taken for order time frames as once it leaves our premises it is out of our control.
If ordering a large quantity of products, you may be required to collect your parcel from your local post office. In this case, a card will be left by Australia Post at your address to advise you of this.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Refunds
Authorised refunds are accepted in original condition and accompanied by purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase.Method of Refunds
